Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We want you to love your Neeru Creations purchase.
Returns, exchanges or replacements are available only in eligible cases and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Products may not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been:
- Worn or used
- Washed
- Stitched
- Cut or altered
- Damaged
- Used incorrectly
- Returned without original tags or packaging
Customised, personalised or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange where specifically mentioned at the time of purchase.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +918527019130.
- Please provide photographs/videos of the product, packaging and order details for verification.
- The product should not be washed, worn, stitched, altered or otherwise modified.
- After verification, Neeru Creations may provide a replacement, exchange or refund as applicable.
Refund Policy
- Where a refund is approved, Neeru Creations will initiate the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product, wherever applicable.
- Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend upon the respective bank, payment gateway or financial institution.
- Where replacement or exchange is unavailable, a refund may be processed according to the applicable policy.
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to Neeru Creations or otherwise required under applicable law.
Product Quality
- Neeru Creations makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all products displayed on the Website are accurately represented.
- Due to the nature of fabrics, printing, embroidery, handwork, photography, lighting and differences in screen settings, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur.
- Such minor variations will not necessarily be considered a product defect.
- Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products do not carry any separate manufacturer warranty.
Fabric Care
Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided with the product, wherever applicable. Neeru Creations shall not be responsible for damage caused due to improper:
- Washing
- Ironing
- Bleaching
- Drying
- Stitching
- Alteration
- Storage
- Handling
For unstitched fabrics, customers are advised to inspect the product before cutting or stitching. Once a product has been cut, stitched, altered, washed or modified, it may not be eligible for return or exchange.
